I passed my AED course yesterday.

Need CPR+AED, I can rescue you!

30chest compression pretty tiring with 1&2&3&4 & 5 , 1&2&3&4&10........ and 30.

Hands pain, 4-5cm depth in, blowing 400-600ml of air in.

And the Automated External Defibrillator is so :)

It gives instruction and shock when necessary.

Great to gain extra knowledge.

Will be back after 2 years to refresh it.
