Mr Marvin Chan is on straits time this time around, togther with his two brothers. The heading: 3 brothers,3 teachers,3 promotions. The chan brothers are among the outstanding officers singled out for being crucial to eduaction system. They were promoted in the MOE Annual Ceremony held at suntec City yesterday. It's so cool to find that some familar faces appeared on the newspaper early in the morning. Plus it's good news unlike the previous one. Mr Marvin chan is one of the teachers in nvss.
